Annoying Things

WE ARE DISTURBED NOT BY THINGS,
BUT BY THE PERSPECTIVE WE TAKE TO IT.

– EPICTETUS –

Many people feel disturbed by the things that are around them.
In fact, sometimes they feel disturbed by what they themselves call it a trivial matter.
In my opinion, if it is deemed trivial they should not feel disturbed.
Simply ignore it. Slightest action is a form that we feel disturbed.
Be honest, if yes say yes and if not say no.
Do not have too much make an alibi to create a justification for our own attitude contrary to reality. A thing we must realize is everything happening must be started from ourselves. Sometimes we have always felt the attitude of our people to disrupt our lives, our daily or possible association to our efforts.
We must first self introspection about how our attitude before judging others interfere with the activity of our lives. Position was ourselves in their position that we find annoying. Many things can be the cause.
It is entirely possible that it was caused by ourselves. The attitude of our lives, our thoughts, our assessment or our point of view when confronted by someone or something.
Do not always feel the most self-righteous than others. We must learn to be aware of their own mistakes before saying that something or someone is disturbing.
It would be very good if we do not assume itself.

WE ARE DISTURBED NOT BY WHAT HAPPENS TO US,
BUT BY OUR THOUGHTS ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS.

– EPICTETUS –

For example, this or that disrupt or interfere with, other people do not have feelings of guilt or guilty, before we recognize it or the person well.
We must always think positive. Whatever the situation.
Although we isolated or ostracized we should always have a good perspective.
Hold though it means we have to stand alone.
